Stylish Look




Face:

Dab liquid foundation where needed; lightly pat a tissue all over your face. the tissue blends in the foundation while mopping up excess oil. which can lead to unwanted shine.

Using your fingers, brush on three dots of a cheek-and-lip stain onto each cheek and blend by gently rubbing in a circular motion. swipe the stain onto your lips and let dry.

Eyes:

For a softly defined eye, use eyeliner and smudge it with a tissue to achieve a smokier look. Brush on one coat of black lengthening mascara to your top lashes.

Lips:

Swipe on clear gloss or lip balm !

Fresh Look

Face:

Apply concealer where needed. to blend it in use a foundation brush, sponge and lightly tap on the concealer, swiping away any excess makeup with a tissue.

look for a peach warm shade of blush; if you have darker skin, opt for a brighter hue. With a big brush apply the blush onto the apples of your cheeks.

Eye:

Brush a few coats of mascara onto the top and bottom lashes for light definition. to minimize clumps, take a lash comb and sweep through lashes carefully while mascara is still wet.

Lips:

Dab your fingertip into the blush and pat onto your lips, then apply a little lip balm you'll get a subtle peach-pink lip color that coordinates with your cheeks.

Avoid diet drinks to lose weight

If you thought gulping down diet cola would help you lose weight, think again. Researchers found that over weight and obese adults who drink diet beverages actually consume more calories from food than obese or overweight adults who drink regular soda or other sugary beverages. "Although obese adult who drink diet soda eat a comparable amount of total calories as heavier adults who drink sugary beverages, they consume significantly more calories from solid food at both meals and snacks," 

Individuals who drink diet soda typically have a higher BMI (Body Mass Index) and consume more snack food than those who drink sugary beverages. Artificial sweeteners present in high dose in diet soda disrupts appetite control and the brains sweet sensors may no longer provide a reliable estimate of energy consumption. As a result, consumption of diet drinks may result in increased food intake overall.
